Relaxing Boutique Hotel Stay
immaculate hotel scenic views
I found the hotel to be beautiful and well-kept it was cleaned regularly. The rooms are modern I noticed daily cleaning. The hotel has a short walk to the beach with scenic views and several restaurants nearby.
The all-inclusive drinks ended strictly at 11pm. It was an inconvenience when I had to finish check-in near that time. The staff were not willing to discuss issues about this policy.
Dining
9/10
The food had a very good selection it tasted amazing as well. Frequent meals were available I got a lovely fruit plate to welcome me. The fresh cooked omelettes were nice during breakfast.
Service
10/10
All staff members were friendly helpful and cute I noticed. They accommodated my late check-out requests they were very kind. The cleaning staff and waiters were especially notable.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and modern it had a comfy bed. I had the best shower ever with both rain head and handheld options. Excellent water pressure added to the experience.

lovely experience
welcome fruit plate clean pool
all personnel seemed very kind and helpful . i especially appreciated the frequent food service and the welcome fruit plate i found. the pool area was clean and they were also very accomodating with my late check out request
the all-inclusive drinks felt limited, and i sensed a watchful eye. it could have been a bit more relaxed. the prices for the snack bar items also seemed quite high to me
Rooms
9/10
my comfort room balcony had adequate space and provided a nice view. the bathroom included standard toiletries, towels were also refreshed daily. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel featured a clean pool area with sun loungers available . the spa downstairs offered services, however. i did not use them. a shuttle service also took guests to and from the beach at set times
Service
10/10
the reception staff were friendly and helpful assisting me with questions and requests. the cleaning staff maintained the rooms to a high standard. they ensured a comfortable environment. room service was prompt when i ordered.
Dining
8/10
the all-inclusive food service offered meals frequently during the day. breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a good variety of choices. the drinks selection was basic, including local alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, but satisfying
Location
9/10
the hotel is near the seafront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. duden waterfalls are also located nearby. the area is suitable for walking with numerous shops and services around.
